What you’ll be doing

This role covers the complete UX process: Research → UX structure → UI design and potentially also content. You will work end-to-end: understanding what users need, designing how it works, and help to shape how it looks and ensure it creates engagement.

Research — understanding users

You explore problems before solutions and build a strong foundation for design.

You will:

·         Plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and desk research

·         Analyze user behavior and identify patterns, needs, and pain points

·         Transform findings into clear insights, requirements, and opportunities

·         Bring users perspective into product discussions and decisions

UX - Driving design work from idea to implementation
You translate insights into logical, intuitive, and user-friendly structures.

You will:

·         Map user journeys and define task flows

·         Adapt design solutions to fit the expectations of the users while ensuring consistency across our products.

·         Create early concepts and prototypes

·         You could produce content and help to ensure the total UX is engaging

Collaborating and influencing across teams

Across all three areas, you will:

·         Facilitate discussions, co-creation sessions, and reviews that move the work forward

·         Act as a strong advocate for user-centered thinking in every phase of the process

·         Bring a proactive mindset — exploring ideas, challenging assumptions, and improving processes

What we are looking for

We’re not looking for extensive experience — we’re looking for someone with drive,

ownership, and genuine interest in user experience with the potential to grow quickly

through ownership.

You have:

·         Hands-on experience with UX research and/or UX/UI design (studies, projects, internships, or early roles)

·         International background with strong communication skills in English, please clearly state your mother tongue language, German is a plus.

·         Awareness of accessibility principles or eagerness to learn

·         A proactive, self-led approach and willingness to take responsibility
